What follows is a few guidelines about what your apply should include and some information about the guild, our raids etc.
Loot system:
We use loot council. The guild is about progression and the drops will at first be given to the best performers, and the members with higher attendance.
We expect the following from our trialists:
- Extensive knowledge about your class.
- Willing to respecc for the guild if needed.
- All consumables for each raid.
- A good attitude, trying to learn and willing to listen.
- A descent sense of humor.
- Trying to upgrade their gear outside of raids(if possible).
- As close to 100% attendance as possible, and always staying until the end of the raid.
Things to think of before you make an apply:
We will check your armory link to see your gear and your raiding achievements.
When you are in a raid with us:
You cant slack.
You need a stable connection.
Your computer must be good enough that you dont dissconnects.
You should not go AFK unless we say that we take a break.
You should not be disturbed so you cant focus.
You have to do your best.
You must be have ventrilo.
You have to be on ventrilo.
You need working speechers/headset so you can hear what we say.
You are allowed to go BRB quick if you ask for it and we allow it.
